Mexico is open without entry restrictions. No PCR test, proof of vaccation or recovery required – jump on a plan and you’re good to go. The 180 day tourist visa is no longer standard – travellers are now receive random days, some more, some less.
Only fully vaccinated travellers can enter Colombia at this time. You get 90 days on arrival and an extra 90 days can be added when you submit the online form.
Costa Rica requires unvaccinated travellers to get a COVID health insurance.
The Dominican Republic is open without restrictions. You can legally overstay and pay a fine when you leave the country.
Argentina is finally open to international tourists. Only fully vaccinated travellers are allowed to enter at this time.
