Photographer and traveller Alexander Sukharev, 31, travelled through Argentina to reach Villa Epecuen, a village in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. The village was once a bustling tourist town that encouraged numerous people to visit the area and see it for themselves. Tourism was initially garnered by a wealthy Englishman who wanted to attract visitors to the area. He chose to highlight the village’s best spots to visit, such as the lake which he claimed had healing properties.
